What to do if a crisis occurs at your destination?
If there is a crisis and you are at the destination. We will keep you informed with text messages or via your tour guide. Therefore, make sure your phone is charged and switched on.
Follow the instructions of the local authorities, the tour guides/local representatives and/or the hotel staff. They are aware of the situation of your location and where you are safest, if necessary.
If you booked a tour, it’s possible that the programme will be changed for your own safety. If that is the case, you will be informed. Furthermore, excursions may be cancelled due to a crisis or the aftermath thereof.
